My experience in banking has taught me many things with the most important lesson being; never underestimate the power of the associates. It is my passion to work in the area of developing productive associates in the banking industry. I receive a sense of fulfillment when I see people come together and discover what they can offer when they understand what they are doing and why they are doing it. It is obvious that you have that same passion and desire to take your bank to the next level of growth and production. You are aware that the key to that goal sits within the hands of your associates.
